The Chamber of Commerce opeded a Business Resource Center in November 2010, in partnership with ETSU Small Business Develpoment Center, for anyone wishing to receive information and guideness on starting a new business in Elizabethton/Carter County. The Resource Center will contain permits, forms and other documents needed to open a business. The Center will have other resources from local banks, Northeast State, Milligan College, SCORE, State of TN Business Enterprise and welcome packet of helpful Information.
